The Hillside Gardens Big Event will be on Saturday 19th September. Following the same pattern as last year, we’ll have out long established Sports Day with a chance to try out lots of sports and recreation activies for all the family, and then in the evening we will have an open air cinema screening as part of the Streatham Free Film Festival.
STOP PRESS: This year’s film is now confirmed to be The Princess Bride. The screening will start at 7.15. Doors open from 6.30. We will have a bar and catering snacks. Bring a rug and wrap up warm.
Our next regular quarterly meeting of the Friends is scheduled for Monday 5th October at 7.30pm. All are welcome to come and join us to discuss our progress over the last quarter and what we are planning to do
The Friends Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday 16th November also at 7.30pm.
We expect that the venue for both of these meetings will be The Hive community cafe at 33 Palace Rd, London SW2 3HS (opposite Palace Road Nature Garden)
