Constitutional amendment – to add Doodlebug Gardens and other small spaces to the Friends purposes
Resolution – that the charity trustees should continue to pursue the option of setting up a new Charitable Incorporated Organisation to replace the current unincorporated Friends Charity, and if necessary to incur necessary expenditure on advice, and to report back to a Special General Meeting with a recommendation.
